Gilles possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Physics along with a Master's in Economics and Political Science from the University of Bern, contributing a broad range of skills to his position. His eclectic professional background is further enriched by his training as an Agricultural Engineer and a Military Jet Pilot.
Having established a solid reputation in the Banking and Asset Management sectors, Gilles has achieved executive positions before shifting his focus to consulting and company restructuring, with a particular emphasis on commodities such as gold, oil, and gas, and their market introduction.
He is proficient in English, German, and French.

Bejtullah Krasniqi is a dynamic banking and operations leader with over 17 years of cross-functional experience in financial services, audit, and strategic management. As Co-Founder and CEO of Kayana Petroleum LLP and AMT Group LLC, he has designed and executed comprehensive organizational visions.
His expertise encompasses the full spectrum of financial operations—from budgeting and forecasting to regulatory compliance and risk management—ensuring robust control environments and continuous process improvements.
Bejtullah's operational acumen is underpinned by top-tier professional certifications—including Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Accountant, and memberships with IFA (UK), IPA (Australia), and CIPFA (UK)—and fluency in English and Spanish.
